Rupa Shevde has designed a FABULOUS Stamp Set called Sung From the Heart. Oh - please check it out here! The images are a great size for cards or scrapbook pages. There are song titles that can be paired with the images or used alone. Here is my card:
I've used Gina K's Ocean Mist, Innocent Pink and White cardstocks, cut out the bird, popped up the wing and tail then used a little string on the heart, a Cuttlebug for the tag, and put on a few pearls for a super quick card.
Check out these for more inspiration and then create a card with this stamp set and post it to the Mr. Linky on Gina K's Blog. On Feb 2nd, she will randomly chose a winner to receive any set they want by Rupa Shevde!
Here is my card using Nina Brackett's Heartily Yours Stamp Set. I made this for a friend's nephew who just got his drivers permit! I used GKD Ocean Mist, Chocolate Kiss and white cardstocks; dp is from Stampin Up and my cuttlebug for the shapes with a few copic markers.
Nina's wonderful stamp set called Heartily Yours -- has so MANY images and sentiments to use all year -- she also designed Heartily Yours Addition. It has been a blast to use! Create a card with this stamp set and post it to the Mr. Linky on Gina K's Blog. On Feb 1st, she will randomly chose a winner to receive one of Nina's sets of the winner's choice!
And.... Nina is offering a FREE download on her blog. (All she is asking for is a small donation, if you would like to contribute, to help the earthquake victims of Haiti.) All proceeds will go towards a worthwhile charity, The Children's Hunger Fund. More info can be found onher blog.

It's time for another GinaK CenterStage Spotlight Team Blog Hop!
Each artist was asked to design their project by drawing inspiration from these photos of the AMAZING Christmas Cookie Bouquet the CSS Team sent to Gina's DT Coordinator Jessica Fick:
It has been so cold here in East Texas -- one day it was 10 degrees! Good Grief I've lived here almost 30 years and it has NEVER been that cold, so with inspiration for Jessica's cookie bouquet, I made this box to take to the office for a little encouragement for the ladies who work for us. This will sit beside our coffee and hot water in our break room. As cold as it is suppose to be, I'll be refilling this often!
Gina K has a tutorial on how to make lovely decorator boxes from kleenex boxes here. I made this one just a little shorter. FUN, FUN project thanks to Gina's instructions.
Stamp: Rupa Shevede's Warm and Wonderful Paper: GKD Pure Luxury White, and misc. dp Other: Glitter Pen, Copic markers, ribbon, cuttlebug
My next project was a card. I took my inspiration from the colors -- Hey, can you tell I like pink and blue? LOL
Stamps: Rupa Shevde's Warm Winter Wishes
Paper: Melisssa Francis
Other: Vintage Ribbon from my favorite vendor at Brimfield's (mass.),button, cuttlebug, glitter on the little hearts on the inside
Now finish the hop with inspiration from these -- all are outstanding designers!!!
Oh, how I love Sunday afternoons. Our whole family attends the same church and afterward we usually go out to eat or they come over here for lunch. Then the afternoon is usually spent stamping. Here are two cards I made for Stamp TV challenges that were issued on Splitcoast Stampers during the Stamp TV release party. The first one was to make a Valentine card without using pink or red.
Stamp: Asela Hopkins Framed Friends
Paper: Gina K Designs White cardstock, misc dp
Other: ribbon, button, pearls, cuttlebug
The second was a sketch challenge.
Stamp: Melanie Muenchinger's Inspiration Mosaic, GKD Confort and Peace
Paper; Gina K Pure Luxury white cardstock, misc dp
We don't get hardly ANY snow ever, but we do have cold damp days. Today is one of those -- Tonite it is suppose to get to 16. Now for you up North that's not very cold, but for us in East Texas -- we are not prepared! It is a hoot to go to the grocery store -- the shelves are bare of bread and milk --- people here think it will be too cold to get out so they stock up! It's probably hilarious to some -- we are such sissies! Here are a couple of my cards I've made up since it's too cold to go anywhere.
Visit their website to see some amazing cards by the talented and creative Tami Mayberry who has written books and articles on card sketches. These sketches will get your creative juices flowing. And sometimes at this time of the year (after Christmas) we all need a little inspiration.
The cards made by their design team will use Gina K Designs Stamps. You can play along with this week's sketch! You may even win yourself a prize!
Here is my card I made to put on their Mr. Linky. This was a super quick card!
