Hi - fellow crafters! Today Darcie owner of Creative Belli Challenge asked us to do an Easter card to inspire you and challenge you to show us your Easter Cards - I'm looking forward to getting some fresh new ideas from you guys. Be sure to make a card and post it on Darcie's blog, Creative Belli Challenge.
Here is my card:
I used some Spellbinders Dies, a Papertrey Ink Die and stamp.
Here are the other members of the Creative Belli Design Team - get some inspiration from them and then show us your Easter project!
This week Geri, one of the Rock Stars from Repeat Impressions challenged the rest of us to make a card with spring flowers - in East Texas spring is in full bloom! Dogwood, azaleas, daffodils and tulips are popping up all over!
So to celebrate I used the Repeat Impressions image called Daffodils. It is a gorgeous stamp with lots of possibilities of coloring or paper piecing. This is also the card I sent to Wendy, owner of Repeat Impression as a birthday card. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WENDY! Here it is:
Here is the list of Rock Star Designers who made projects to inspire you.
and Geri would like to challenge you to make a card that shows off a spring bouquet. Make one and post it on Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built and you could be the randomly chosen name to receive a fabulous gift certificate.
Thank you for looking at my card. Have a HAPPY stamping day.
Carolina, hop coordinator with Stamp TV challenged us to make a CAS card using only glitter as our embellishment --- and believe me - that is a challenge for me, because I love ribbon, buttons and flowers - so this took a little thinking for me. If you have come from Geri'sblog then you are at the right spot. Didn't she have the sweetest card! You might like to start at the beginning which is right here.
Make sure to leave a comment as you go along because we will choose a
random comment and that stamper will win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs
products! Look for the announcement on Tuesday, April 2.
Here is my card.
I used the Scooter Diva and the card is going to my little sister who rides a red scooter - I know she will get a big kick out of it! I also used Gina K's cloud technique found here.
Now pop along to Karen's blog. I know you will get a lot of inspiration from her.
Thanks for hopping with us tonight - have a HAPPY stamping day.
You are going to love the stamp that Wendy, owner of Repeat Impressions has picked for Stamp of the Week! It reveals her sense of humor. It is called Pussy Willows and here is my card:
Remember you can get this stamp for 50% off for one week. Just go to Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built and get the special code there then put that code into the Special Instructions blank when you check out at Repeat Impressions.
Check out what these Rock Stars did with the stamp.
Today is Sketch Day at Repeat Impressions, Wendy, the owner drew this sketch for the Design Team to follow
and here is my card:
I used the image called Spring Blossoms. Spring is coming here to East Texas and you can see it all around - dogwoods are blooming, azaleas are budding and the daffodils have been out so long that they are now all fading.
It would be great for you to do a project using the sketch and link it on Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built. She will have a random drawing for a nice gift certificate from Repeat Impressions -- and the whole team would like to see what you could do -- you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps, but we would love for you to use them.
Here is a list of Rock Star Design Team members who have made projects to inspire you. Take a look at theirs and then let us see yours --- thanks!
Karen, one of the Repeat Impressions Design Team Rock Stars challenged us to make a card using a brayer or sponge technique. New territory for me -- I decided to use a sponge for the background of the flower vine. Here is my card:
Good morning! Darcie owner of the Creative Belli Challenge asked us to make a project using green or a St. Patrick's theme. So here is my card:
The stamps and the paper are from Papertrey Ink. Now Darcie would like to see what you can create. Make a project and link it on her blog, Creative Belli Challenge. Here is the list of designers who made cards to inspire you - remember it can be a scrapbook page, card, 3-D project or anything else that uses Darcie's theme of something St. Patricks or use the color green.
Carolina has arranged for an Inspirational Blog Hop today and our inspiration comes from the talented Lori. Isn't it cute? If you have just come from Lori's blog then you are at the right spot. I'm always in awe of what she creates. You should begin at the start of the hop so that you will not miss any of the projects the CSS Design Team wants to show you and the beginning is right here at Stamp TV.
Here is Lori's inspirational pic
Here is my card:
I used my favorite Stamp It Big Stamp set with GKD Bubble Gum Pink, Innocent Pink and White cardstocks. The ribbon is some vintage ribbon purchased at Brimfield Antique Market.
Now pop on over to Geri's blog and she will wow you with the colors she has chosen to use to inspire you.
Thanks for looking at my card - have a HAPPY stamping day!
