Clean and Simple Challenge

 Hi fellow crafters.  This week our challenge at Repeat Impressions is for a Clean and Simple card.  I needed to make a Sympathy card and thought this would be a perfect challenge.  Here is my card

I embossed the top part and stamped the sentiment With Deepest Sympathy.  I did a little stamp surgery to make it read Deepest Sympathy.  Clean and Simple.

Hello Friends!  How is your day going? Today Wendy's Rock Star Design team at Repeat Impressions has a great challenge for us this week!  It's OUTDOOR - anything that speaks to you about outdoors.  This summer our family kayaked some and it was so much fun!  We did ocean kayaking.  It was so much easier than I thought it would be - even for this old lady.  If you ever get the chance just go!

Here is my card:

I used an image called Kayaker and a sentiment (one of my favs) called Though we travel.. and the frame is Dotted Rectangle Frame.  I covered the map with a piece of vellum and heat embossed the sentiment.

One Two Three Challenge at Repeat Impressions

 Good morning, Good morning, Good morning!  Its so good to be back creating again!  I left to spend time with my family in Maine.  I'm back and ready to go...

For this weeks challenge we are to do the following:

1 stamp

2 papers

3 embellishments

I made a mini slimline card.  The stamp is "believe in".  It is from the Legacy Series - check this category out - it has very interesting sentiments (great fonts) and amazing images.  I used 2 papers (on top of my card) and I made the two pumpkin embellishments from the Tall and Round Pumpkins by cutting them out and coating with glossy accents. The twine and sequins are the 2nd and 3rd embellishments.
