What If Wednesday and wishing for cooler weather!

Oh my, we are STILL having record heat - yesterday afternoon at 6:00 pm, it was 105!!! That is too darn hot!  In a couple of days we will be headed to Maine - and some relief for us.

I made this card for my nephew who is at Marine Boot Camp in California and we have been praying for him and think of him everyday.  He is about half way thru boot camp.

This is the sketch Wendy from Repeat Impression gave us for this week.
Isn't this a wonderful sketch!!

And here is my card:
I used the image called Shade of the Elm and the sentiment is from the series Friendship.

One of the fun things we get to do is look at what you create.  Why don't you join us in this challenge?
Wendy will do a random drawing for a gift certificate from Repeat Impressions.  Just go to her blog The House That Stamps Built and link your card there.  Here are members of the Design Team that have made cards to inspire you.

Looking forward to see your creations!  Have a HAPPY stamping day.

What a beautiful fall card, Joy. Can't wait for fall to get here. We're not as hot as you, but plenty warm for my tastes! :) Enjoy your trip to Maine. I want to go there some day.

Beautiful job, Joy! Love how you used a fall theme with that image and the sentiment is perfect with it! Looking forward to fall here, too!
