I decided to do Water colors, Pink and Hearts. Here is my card:
I used a piece of water color paper that used a saran wrap technique. The large heart called Ruffled Border Heart was the perfect size for the center of the card. The heart was fussy cut, popped up with some foam tape and the letters were die cut.
Your project needs to follow the tic tac toe shown above. Let your imagination run wild!! We look forward to seeing what you will do with the challenge. You don't have to use Repeat Impression stamps but if you do, your name will be entered twice (2x) for a random drawing for a really nice gift certificate from Repeat Impressions. Check out Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built for the complete guidelines and link your project there.

Several of the DT used this combo on the Tic-Tac-Toe - love the ruffled heart. Love the little hint of green in the heart.
Very pretty, Joy!!! Thanks for sharing!
This is gorgeous Joy, that background is stunning and like how you stamped inside the ruffled heart!
This is GORGEOUS!!! That background is fabulous! And the heart image looks stunning stamped on the patterned paper.

LOVE it!!!! The plastic wrap technique worked so perfectly for this bg and your ruffled heart looks like a lovely pillow. Gorgeous card, Joy.
