I used some striped vellum for the background and stamped Repeat Impression's Ruffled Heart Border as the base and added some gold elements and the vintage bouquet of flowers. The love is die cut from gold card stock.
We would love to see what you would do with this challenge because this week --- Anything Goes!
You don't have to use Repeat Impression stamps but if you do, your name will be entered twice (2x) for a random drawing for a really nice gift certificate from Repeat Impressions. Check out Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built for the complete guidelines and link your project there.

Very nice - love the old fashioned look you have created.
What a stunning Victorian card Joy, so many fabulous embellishments on it. I like how you used patterned paper for your ruffled heart and your patterned vellum, oh and every detail.
Love the striped vellum and the pretty Victorian ephemera you paired up with that RI heart stamp! Such a lovely Valentine card!
Beautifully done! Love that Victorian paper!
This is so beautiful!! The vintage feel is perfect with that lovely ruffled heart!
This left me breathless, Joy! Such a gorgeous embellishment (lucky you to have that box of Victorian goodies) against that ruffled heart. Fabulous card in every way.
