Tic Tac Toe Challenge

Tic Tac Toe time!  Today Wendy, owner of Repeat Impressions gave us this grid to show off a project.  

Here is my card 

This card is another one that is all over the grid, Washi Tape, Birds and Blue, also Birds, Dimensions and Texture.

It was a fun card - I used the image Bird Song and the Happy Spring from the Spring Series.  The texture is an embossing plate and the dimension is pop dots behind Bird Song.  This image was cut with a Circut Maker.  The gold glitter frame was made by using washi tape.
