Anything Goes July Challenge

Good Morning stamping friends!  Today Wendy, owner of Repeat Impressions has issued our monthly "Anything Goes" Challenge.  I have to tell you that I was so excited for this one because I did a project that was so much fun and I'm so glad to be able to share it!

I do a lot of family get togethers at our summer home in Maine and we go thru a lot of paper cups (being an island, we try to use as little plastic as possible).  I ordered some plain paper cups from Amazon - they were cheap.  When they arrived I felt like they looked cheap - so I got out my stamps and went to stamping!  I had so much fun and I did 250 cups in 15-20 minutes.  I had my stamps on stamping blocks and inked most of them in one color.

Here are a few of them

Here is a list of the Repeat Impressions sentiments and images I used.
Cheers

Laughter is the best

Inspirational Challenge

Good Morning Stamping Friends!  How is your week going?  Today is Wednesday and Wendy has an Inspirational Challenge for us.  Here is the photo

Wow - What beautiful colors!  As i saw this - my first thought was ice cream -- but stamping and coloring ice cream would have made me stop to run go get some -- and that I don't need!  So I turned to gardening and flowers!  Here in the northeast flowers are blooming everywhere so here is a card.

This was watercolored softly with a lot white.  The images are from the Container Series - lots of options for jar fillers in this series and the sentiment is Wishing you... from the Quartet Complements Sentiment Series

Why not join us this week in the challenge --- you could win the $25.00 gift certificate that Wendy is offering in a random drawing. You don't have to use Repeat Impression stamps but if you do, your name will be entered twice (2x) for a random drawing for a really nice gift certificate from Repeat Impressions.

Thank you for looking at my card!

Tic Tac Toe Time at Repeat Impressions

Today Wendy, owner of Repeat Impressions has prepared a Tic Tac Toe Challenge grid for us.  Here it is

The grids that I chose were Vellum, Fun Fold and Dew Drops.
This is a fun fold I saw demonstrated on a YouTube video.  The vellum is a belly band and the back of the band and the inside look like this:

The images used are Humpback Whale, Large Starfish, and Sand dollar with the sentiment on the inside is Life is not...  with a Handstamped With Love stamp.

This would be a good week to join in our challenge with your card or projects.

Designer's Choice Challenge

Good Morning!  This is our Designer's Choice Challenge time at Repeat Impressions!  Donna's challenge to us was to use the colors Red White and Blue.  I consider myself pretty patriotic, but wanted something a little different so here is the card I made.

I used one of my favorite images called Compass and the stamped sentiment I thank my lucky...... on vellum and heat embossed.  I added a few silver star sequins to the blue designer paper.

This would be a good week to join in our challenge with your red white and blue projects.

Pick of the Week - Fairies in the Garden

Today it is my turn to pick a couple of stamps that Wendy owner of Repeat Impressions would like to feature.  I was so happy to do this because I wanted you to look at a few of the Garden Fairy stamps that Wendy has created.  I'm not really focusing on the sentiments because the fairies are so cute. I took 3 of them and made cards.  They are called

Fairy Kiss this was stamped, colored with copics and was so easily cut out.

Fairy's Lantern was stamped, colored with watercolor pens and put on some designer paper.

Fairy's Fun/Bumblebee was stamped on a tag, colored with copics and framed on black paper.

One of the sweetest ones is a fairy taking a little nap on top of a sunflower which I will post later -- you can check all of them out here - Garden Fairies Stamps.  I didn't focus on the sentiments because Repeat Impressions has so many sentiments that would be appropriate for any of these sweet stamps.  Thanks for looking at my cards.

P.S.  In case you are wondering:
Happy Birthday was masked
Sheet Music Background stamp was used on Fairy Lantern
