Good Morning! We are still in the days of horrible hot weather! It has been 102-105! Too hot to do anything but stay indoors and stamp! This week Wendy at Repeat Impressions gave us this sketch:
This is a wonderful sketch to work with! I took a few liberties and turned the image and came up with this card:
This uses the dandelion and sentiment in the new Repeat Impressions Summer Images, Dandelion Breeze and All your dreams. I used some Copic markers and some MF paper and crepe paper.
Would you like to try your hand at this sketch? -- we would love to see what you can do. Wendy will do a random drawing for a gift certificate from Repeat Impressions. Just go to her blog The House That Stamps Built and link your card there. Here are members of the Design Team that have made cards to inspire you.
Looking forward to see your creations! Have a HAPPY stamping day.

Awesome, Joy!! Love what you did with the crepe paper - very cool! (And everything else, too:) )
Joy, what a pretty card!! I love how you designed the window frame with the crepe paper!
Hi Joy, sorry to write this here but you didn't leave you're email address with me! I wanted to say "thanks" for the encouragement at the Splitcoast party at CHA. My daughter was really heavy on my heart that morning and when your sister introduced us and you were not only all excited about her being at YWAM, but wanted to pray for her, and then your offer to help if she needed it. It was so amazing. It was a hug from God to me. I know how much He cares for my daughter, but the fact that he would care enough to put you in my path to let me know how He is looking out for her so much, he connected me with someone 10 minutes from where she is, overwhelms me! I wanted to tell you I got a call from her yesterday she was in Houston working with the homeless and helping to run a VBS and had got to lead two people to the Lord yesterday! It's so amazing to see God using your children! My husband and I head to Tyler this weekend to pick Winter and the other girls up. I can't wait to see her! Much love, many thanks and prayers for God's richest of blessings to you and your family! Ps. I really like the card too (love the ruffled window with the crepe paper :)
Joy, this card is DARLING! Maybe I'm just partial to dandelions and have fond memories of blowing them but I just LOVE the "window" you created and the ruffled crepe paper! FAB card!
