Tic Tac Toe Challenge from Repeat Impressions

Good Morning Fellow Stampers, today Repeat Impressions has a Tic Tac Toe Challenge waiting for us.  Here it is:

I did the Patriotic, Embossing (dry) and Die Cut or Punch

This is a window card with clear plastic.  The sentiment is called Land of the Free.
