Designer's Choice Challenge

Today, Wendy owner of Repeat Impressions has asked Esther to lead the challenge and she has challenged us to "try a new technique".

I love velum and tried the technique of dry embossing as a background.  Here is my card
I used the sentiment called Happy Everything from the Words to Live By.  I also die cut some fern from a die to add behind the sentiment.

What a fun week to join us in the Anything Goes Challenge.  You could win the $25.00 gift certificate that Wendy is offering in a random drawing. You don't have to use Repeat Impression stamps but if you do, your name will be entered twice (2x) for a random drawing for a really nice gift certificate from Repeat Impressions.

Check out Wendy's blog, The House That Stamps Built for the complete guidelines and link your project there.

You might want to check out what these Rock Star Designers have created to inspire you.  Good luck - and I'm looking forward to seeing your projects.
Thanks for looking at my project!  Have a great stamping day!

Such a pretty card - so soft and relaxing, love the blues and the vellum adds a lot of interest to this card.

Gorgeous!! What a great look embossing the vellum creates! I've done this once or twice and it is so beautiful and elegant, just like your card!
