My husband and I were in England at Stonehenge the moment the 1st building crashed down. We could not get home. We were stuck in London for 3 days before we could get a flight out. We finally got a flight out and there were 6 passengers on a 747. No one wanted to get on an airplane. We arrived in DFW to a totally empty airport - so erie!! About the only people in that huge airport were armed military. We were just glad to be home.
To say thank you to those who gave their lives seems so little, but it's all I can say and to remember those who gave all they had to give.

Amen, Joy! What a sad and horrific day that was. I will never forget the grief nor the way we all gathered together to share it.
Well said Joy!! I don't think any of us will forget that day!!
